About Us

Vacation rentals across the Golden Triangle, Port Bolivar and Lake Sam Rayburn. Family homes, beach houses and contractor-friendly stays, all managed locally.

Our Story

A Local Company, Managed Locally

Harms Properties manages short-term rental homes in the Golden Triangle area of Texas, along with beachfront homes in Port Bolivar and a waterfront lakehouse on Lake Sam Rayburn. Our homes range from a cozy 2-bedroom guest house to beach and lake houses that sleep more than 20 guests, so there is a place for families, groups and extended stays. Each one is set up so you can walk in, put your bags down, and get on with your trip.

What We Value

Stocked, Connected, and Pet-Friendly

We want your stay to be easy, comfortable and stress-free. Our homes come with a fully stocked kitchen and fresh towels and linens. Most have smart TVs and high-speed internet, and many have a fenced yard and a BBQ pit for cooking out. Pets are welcome in every one of our homes. Whether you're here for work or play, just bring yourself and settle in.
